Hello and Welcome, 

This past week has been hectic to say the least.  Got my reservations for a hotel in San Diego to attend the big Art Show at the San Diego Convention Center first weekend of October 2021.  Yes, I'll be wearing my mask and I will be also wearing gloves and ear plugs.  I have a tinnitus ( ringing in the ears, but it's really ringing of the brain) issue with Hyperacusis ( this condition is hearing TOO much) and combined in a hall that maybe scary for me. I am willing to do this properly and enjoy myself, even with ear plugs.   
I am a very social person, and this is going to hopefully be a really fun event.

I am also renting a car to go there, something like an SUV so that I can be comfortable in the car for so many hours.  From Tucson to San Diego is about a 6 to 7 hour drive providing there is no traffic jams etc.  I'm taking my time no matter what.  
Also an artist friend of mine is going to join me since she lives in L.A. she's going to come with her husband and I'll have company while there. I really hope to get to Balboa Park as well, last time I went to Balboa Park my husband was so so sick, that we had to leave and I never go to see the Klimt exhibit.. what a bummer that was.  I'm sure they have amazing artists again and I'll be alone walking and enjoying. My husband 'Max' has since learned to appreciate the arts and the history of the arts since then.  We hope to go back together sometime and re-do that weekend at Balboa Park.  

So, my 36" round is my piece I'm working on, and sometimes things don't turn out what I was hoping and so the mountains are nothing like I wanted them to be, so I'm working on figuring that out, maybe keep them similar to what they are at the moment.  You can follow me on IG (Instagram) Deborah M.G.
